Learning that your father is in hospital may cause panic, shortness of breath, nausea, loss of sleep and an inability to think clearly. Do not operate heavy equipment. May cause terrifying memories of oldest brother’s death, bouts of crying, impenetrable fear, anger, self-doubt, hallucinations and inconsolable sadness. Do not make life decisions. May cause headache, heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, and distorted vision. May want to reconnect with God.
