From the artist:
This piece is is a reflection of my personal struggle to accept the healing and damaging properties of cancer treatment. Over the past four years I have come to identify with my own cancer diagnosis in a way which alleviates many of the tumultuous feelings I have towards my treatment. I have turned what I feel into art.
